POSTCARD FROM MOROCCO is a quirky and oft-times surreal journey into group dynamics, identity, and innocence lost and regained. The seven characters in the piece are stuck in a train station, and they are identified simply by their luggage. This production strips the station down to an assemblage of platforms and levels for each character to find and stake their territory. The black monolithic structure is a void in which each character's aspirations, fears, and dark side is projected larger-than-life as the work comes to its mysterious and ambiguous conclusion.
